During this day of immersion, Andrés De la Cruz will introduce you to the Nariño region, located in the southwest of Colombia, rich in its cultural heritage, its exceptional landscapes and its artisanal traditions. You will begin this meeting with the discovery and tasting of a Colombian coffee high quality, the opportunity to explore the know-how and history that make this region's coffees famous.Andrés will then present to you Echapado en Tamo, an ancestral straw marquetry technique emblematic of Nariño, as well as the natural materials used in this exceptional craft. An exhibition of his works will allow you to appreciate all the finesse and richness of this traditional art. The day will continue with a sensitive and creative approach through the creation of an object in straw marquetry, guided step by step by the artist. An invitation to take the time, to develop your perspective and to discover the artisanal gesture in a friendly atmosphere. Throughout the experience, you will be accompanied by the sounds of traditional Colombian music, for a complete immersion in the culture of this fascinating country.
