Any order under a product appearing in the website www.rotin-file.com requires prior consultation of these Terms and conditions of sale.
Any order from a customer implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
Under these terms and conditions of sales, the client is fully aware of the fact that its agreement on the content of these terms and conditions does not require the signature of this document, as far as the customer wishes to order online the products presented in the www.rotin-file.com website.
The customer has the option to save or print these terms and conditions of sales, given that both the backup as the editing of this document is his sole responsibility.

ARTICLE 5 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

ARTICLE 8 - DELIVERY METHODS

8.3. In the absence of the Customer or the package recipient (in case of a delivery to a different address) the carrier will leave a notice for the withdrawal of the package.

8.5. In case of non reception of the package by the deadline, and once informed by the customer, The Company RONTIN FILÉ an inquiry will send to his carrier. 8.6. ARTICLE 13 - DISPUTE AND RESPONSIBILITY
