This 3-day course will aim to master Rattan basketry techniques. The course will begin with explanations on the material, an update on the classification, origins and supply of this material. The trainees will create a basketry object. by tackling different techniques and approaches. With more than 50 years of experience in basketry and several participations in the World Festival of Wicker and Rattan Basketry, Michel Québatte is the trainer par excellence, who will be able to transmit to you all the knowledge necessary for this discipline.
